The skill of napping is useful! I managed to get nearly 15 minutes of sleep between my Psych test and the evil Chem test of doom. Why oh why did they happen to schedule them on the same day, let alone back to back?

Showers are good. I’d say a shower is worth at least half a nap, probably more. It’s so nice to have showers that just run and run and run for a long time, putting out lots of really hot water.
